Starting today, you can connect your AI agents directly to the Compabase registry via MCP (Model Context Protocol). This means you can now fetch verified intelligence on any company in Poland right from your standard prompts—a milestone step toward greater transparency across the Polish economy.

How Does MCP for Polish Companies Work?

When building Compabase, we set a clear objective: no fluff or distractions—just one rock-solid, reliable database. It acts as a high-speed highway for AI agents operating over the MCP connection. Our entire infrastructure has been purpose-built and optimized specifically for automated querying and machine data retrieval.

To help your AI navigate the database even faster, we've equipped it with dedicated, goal-oriented tools:

search_companies

Search KRS companies by financials, city, county (powiat), region, and industry. Compabase also has full CEIDG/JDG; this tool does not browse JDG (RODO — only JDG with a public email appear via get_company). Default fields=summary is compact. Sparse results in JDG-heavy PKDs include a hint.

count_companies

Count KRS companies matching the same filters as search_companies, including county (powiat). Full CEIDG is in Compabase; this count does not include JDG (RODO-gated listing).

get_company

Retrieve a full company profile, including corporate registry data, financial records, and contacts (email, phone, website) when on record.

get_financials

Access all available metrics from official financial statements, organized by fiscal year.

get_company_people

View board members, shareholders, commercial proxies, and individual business networks.

get_company_rankings

See a company's exact market ranking relative to all registered Polish businesses.

get_financial_stats

Benchmark financial stats (median, mean, percentiles) across specific industries and geographic regions.

get_company_sudop

Public aid and de minimis (SUDOP) — cases, amounts, and granting bodies for a company.

get_company_fe

European Funds — MFiPR project lists, EU co-financing amounts and programmes.

get_company_fts

European Commission grants (FTS) — direct/indirect management: Horizon, LIFE, Erasmus.

get_company_bzp

Public procurement (BZP) — awards as contractor and notices as buyer.

get_company_ure

Energy concessions (URE) — electricity, gas, heat, liquid fuels, and pending applications.

get_company_bdo

BDO register (waste and packaging) — registration number, EUP sites, and headquarters decisions.

get_company_gpw

Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) — ticker, last close, market cap, P/E, and dividend (quotes delayed ~15 min).

get_company_ted

EU tenders (TED) — above-threshold notices as contractor and contracting authority.

get_company_krz

Insolvency and restructuring proceedings (KRZ).

get_company_sanctions

Sanctions lists (MSWiA) — restrictive measures and the grounds for the listing.

get_company_beneficiaries

Beneficial owners (CRBR). Only for companies with a public contact email — same rule as ownership.

execute_sql

Run advanced, custom SQL queries for complex or non-standard analytical tasks.

export_companies

Bulk CSV/XLSX/JSON export. Default fields=contacts_only (name, NIP, KRS, city, email, phone, website) fits MCP clients. summary adds PKD and latest financials; full is the complete dump.
