1. The contractor shall conduct an internal audit at Szkoła Główna Mikołaja Kopernika from the date of signing the contract until 31/12/2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 27 August 2009 on Public Finance (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2019, item 869, as amended) and the implementing provisions thereto. 2. The service shall include, in particular: 1) identification of risk areas, 2) risk analysis, 3) preparation, in consultation with the contracting authority, of an annual internal audit plan referred to in Article 283 of the Public Finance Act, 4) conducting internal audits in accordance with: a) the Act of 27 August 2009 on Public Finance (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2019, item 869, as amended), b) the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 4 September 2015 on internal audit and information on the work and results of that audit (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2018, item 506), c) the announcement of the Minister of Development and Finance of 12 December 2016 on internal audit standards for public finance sector entities (Dz.Urz.MRiF of 2016, item 28), 5) maintaining permanent and current audit files, 6) preparing a report on the implementation of the 2025 audit plan, 7) carrying out advisory activities, including submitting proposals to improve the functioning of the areas subject to audit, 8) preparing documentation on audits and advisory activities in a timely manner,
