Manner of representation

The association is represented in matters concerning the association by the management board and attorneys-in-fact within the scope of their authority. The association may appoint attorneys-in-fact from among members of the association’s bodies as well as from among persons who are not members of the association’s bodies to make binding declarations of will on its behalf. Making declarations of will on behalf of the association, incurring liabilities and concluding agreements requires the joint action of 2 members of the management board or attorneys-in-fact acting within the scope of the granted power of attorney. In matters exceeding the scope of the management board’s powers, in particular the acquisition, disposal, transfer or liquidation of property assets, a resolution of the General Meeting of the association’s members is required.
