Manner of representation

1. Concluding agreements and submitting other declarations of will, in particular in financial and property matters, requires the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly. The persons authorised to submit financial declarations or incur property liabilities on behalf of AEGEE - Gliwice are two members of the management board acting jointly. Internet banking services constitute an exception. 2. When concluding agreements and submitting other declarations of will, in particular in financial and property matters involving amounts exceeding one thousand zlotys, all members of the management board make the decision in the form of written consent by an absolute majority of votes. 3. The management board of AEGEE - Gliwice grants an attorney-in-fact authority to represent the association for the purpose of handling Internet banking to the person holding the office of treasurer during the given term of office.
