Manner of representation

1. The validity of declarations of will in property matters requires the signature of the President of the Management Board and any other member of the management board. 2. Actions in property matters of the association relating exclusively to the organisation of the day-to-day work of the association’s office are performed by the President of the Management Board. 3. Actions in the field of electronic banking are performed independently by the treasurer. 4. Any member of the management board or another person authorised in writing by the President or by two other members of the management board is authorised to represent the association, including in administrative or court proceedings, within the scope and period specified in the authorisation. 5. Declarations of will other than those referred to in points 1–4 above and all correspondence related to the association’s day-to-day activity are signed independently by the President of the Management Board, and in the event of the President’s absence, by the Vice-President, the Second Vice-President or a designated member of the management board. 6. Actions in matters within the scope of labour law in relation to employees of the association’s office are performed independently by the President of the Management Board.
