Manner of representation

The association is represented externally by the President, their deputy or a member of the management board designated by the President. Two members of the management board are authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, provided that the function of manager of the workplace within the meaning of labour law, in matters not reserved for the management board, is performed by the President of the Management Board or another member authorized by the management board. In matters concerning the incurring of property obligations on behalf of the association, two members of the management board act.
