Manner of representation

1. The club is represented externally by the club's management board. 2. The person authorised to act on behalf of the club in civil-law and administrative-law relations, including property matters (e.g. concluding agreements and applying for grants), is the President of the Management Board acting independently, or two members of the management board acting jointly. 3. In matters concerning the club's financial obligations, including operating the bank account, the signatures of two members of the management board are required, including the President or the treasurer. 4. In court and administrative matters and before state and local-government authorities, the club is represented by the President or another member of the management board authorised by a resolution of the management board.
