Manner of representation

To conclude agreements, grant powers of attorney and make other declarations of will, in particular in pecuniary matters, the signatures of two members of the main management board acting jointly are required. For the validity of other letters and documents prepared on behalf of the main management board, the signature of the President of the Main Management Board or the Vice-President or the Secretary General or another person authorized by the main management board is required. Financial documents in the association's branches are signed by the President of the branch or the Vice-President or the Secretary and the treasurer of the branch or the accountant. Other letters in the branches are signed by the President or the Vice-President or the Secretary of the branch.
