Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf and for the benefit of the Society for Popular Knowledge in property and non-property matters within the scope of the activities of the regional branch management board having legal personality are made: - jointly by two persons: the President of the Regional Management Board and the Director of the Regional Branch, or the Vice-President of the Regional Management Board and the Director of the Regional Branch, or the President of the Regional Management Board and another member of the Regional Management Board authorized by resolution of the Regional Management Board, except for the situations provided for in the following subpoint; - independently by the Director of the Regional Branch in matters connected with the implementation of the forms of the Society's activities listed in § 2 section 4 of the Articles of Association of the Society for Popular Knowledge, and in property matters if the amount of the obligation on a single occasion does not exceed the total amount of PLN 25,000.
