For making declarations of will in the scope of the OSP’s property rights and obligations, including signing agreements, powers of attorney and financial documents, and for incurring liabilities, joint action by two members of the management board is required, namely the President or Vice-President together with the treasurer. 3. All documents concerning transactions involving funds, cash and other property components, as well as settlement and credit documents, must be signed by the persons listed in paragraph 1.
