Manner of representation

The management board has the broadest possible authority to act on behalf of the association and may perform and authorise the performance of transactions or operations permitted for the association and not reserved for the general meeting. The President of the Management Board represents the association in court and in all activities in civil-law transactions. The treasurer keeps the association's accounts and, under the supervision of the President, makes payments and accepts all fees; with the consent of the management board, the treasurer withdraws, transfers and sells all property and securities. The secretary convenes meetings of the management board and the general meeting, prepares minutes and maintains the register. General Director: a person elected by the management board of the association, actually conducting the affairs of the association, authorised to represent the association on the basis of a resolution of the management board of the association.
