Manner of representation

The management board acts in accordance with the competences provided for in § 18 of the association’s articles of association, whereby in the case of a multi-member management board, the Chairperson is authorised to represent the association and to make declarations of will on its behalf independently, or two members of the management board jointly. In the case of a one-person or two-person management board, each member of the management board is authorised to act independently.
