Manner of representation
The management board manages the activities of the foundation, is responsible for achieving its objectives, shaping and protecting the good name of the foundation, and the social, financial and economic results of the foundation, and also: 1. represents the foundation externally; 2. prepares and submits to the Foundation Council for approval the rules of procedure of the management board; 3. establishes and liquidates representative offices, offices, establishments and other facilities of the foundation in Poland and abroad, determining in the form of rules of procedure their territorial scope, organization, subject of activity, financial management principles, bodies and their powers. The management board is also responsible for all matters not reserved by the statutes for the Foundation Council. Declarations of will related to the disposal of the foundation's assets may be made only by the President and an authorized member of the management board, or by the Vice-President and an authorized member of the management board.
