Manner of representation

1. Two persons who are members of the management board of the association, including the Chairperson of the association or another person authorized by the management board, are authorized to represent the association, make declarations of will and incur obligations in property and non-property matters on behalf of the association. 2. Making declarations of will in a matter exceeding the scope of ordinary management of the association's assets requires the joint action of at least three persons, including the Chairperson of the association or a person authorized by the Chairperson. 3. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management of the association's assets, subject to paragraph 4, a resolution of the management board of the association is required. 4. A resolution of the general meeting of the association's members is required for the acquisition or disposal of real estate.
