Manner of representation

1. The following persons are authorised to represent the union: 1) the President of the union; 2) other persons within the scope of the authorisation granted by the Management Board. 2. The following persons are authorised to make declarations of will in property matters: 1) the President of the union; 2) two members of the Management Board acting jointly. 3. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, in particular the acquisition, disposal, transfer and liquidation of fixed assets, a resolution of the Management Board is required.
