Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board or the Vice-President together with the treasurer represents the unit of the volunteer fire brigade externally. For submitting declarations of will on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade, including concluding agreements and signing powers of attorney, financial, banking and accounting documents, applications, reports and other documents producing legal or property effects, the joint action of two members of the management board is required, including: 1. the President or the Vice-President, and the treasurer or the secretary. In current matters not causing financial obligations, the volunteer fire brigade may be represented independently by the President or a member of the management board authorised by a resolution of the management board.
