Manner of representation

Declarations of will (including letters and documents) on behalf of the association concerning property rights and obligations are made by two members of the management board, namely the President (or another person from among the members of the management board, authorised in writing by him, in his stead, to perform such act) and the treasurer. By means of his signature, the treasurer confirms that the funds for the given purpose have been secured. The absence of such signature means that the declarations of will on behalf of the association are invalid. For the validity of letters and documents other than those indicated above, the signature of the President or the secretary of the management board is required.
