Manner of representation

The Chairperson of the Union, the Vice-Chairperson of the Union or a member of the management board authorized by the presidium of the Union is authorized to represent the Union independently. Two members of the Union's management board, including the Chairperson of the Union, acting jointly are authorized to make declarations on behalf of the Union concerning property rights and obligations, including those concerning the incurring of obligations. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, including those concerning the disposal of property, a resolution of the Assembly of Delegates is required.
