Manner of representation

1. The President of the volunteer fire brigade, with the assistance of the Vice-President designated by the General Meeting of Members of the volunteer fire brigade, represents the volunteer fire brigade externally and directs all of the work of the management board. 2. Agreements, deeds, powers of attorney and documents concerning the property rights of the volunteer fire brigade are signed under the seal by the President of the volunteer fire brigade, or by the Vice-President of the volunteer fire brigade designated by the General Meeting together with the treasurer of the volunteer fire brigade, or by the President or the Vice-President of the volunteer fire brigade designated by the General Meeting together with an attorney-in-fact.
