Manner of representation

1. The President represents the volunteer fire brigade externally and directs the entirety of the work of the management board. 2. Meetings of the management board are held at least once every two months and are convened by the President. 3. The presence of at least one half of the total number of members of the management board is required for the validity of resolutions. 4. Resolutions of the management board are adopted by a simple majority of votes. In the event of an equal number of votes, the vote of the chairperson of the proceedings is decisive. Contracts, instruments, powers of attorney and financial documents are signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President, or by the Vice-President together with the treasurer.
