Manner of representation

1. To submit declarations of will concerning the association’s property rights and obligations and to sign agreements and commitments on its behalf, the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President, is required. 2. For other letters and documents to be valid, the signature of the President or another authorised member of the management board is required. 3. The association’s management board may grant the person performing a managerial function at the office a general power of attorney, including authorisation to conduct the ordinary management on behalf of the association.
