Manner of representation

The President represents the volunteer fire brigade externally and directs the work of the management board. In the event of the absence or illness of the President, actions not reserved for the exclusive performance by the President are entrusted to the Vice-President, or, in the event of the absence of the President and the Vice-President, are entrusted to the Vice-President–Chief, in accordance with § 26 of the articles of association. Agreements, powers of attorney and financial documents are signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by: 1. the President and the treasurer, 2. the Vice-President and the treasurer, in accordance with § 28 of the articles of association.
