Manner of representation

The district's management board is authorized to represent the district of the Association of Polish Art Photographers in matters concerning the conclusion of agreements and the incurring of property obligations. All legal acts resulting in property obligations require, for their validity, the signatures of the President of the Main Board or the Vice-President together with the treasurer of the Main Board of the Association of Polish Art Photographers, or, respectively, of the district's management board of the Association of Polish Art Photographers, affixed under joint representation. Other documents and correspondence are signed by the Chairpersons of the authorities or their deputies, and by secretaries or treasurers. Representatives of other organizational units of the Association of Polish Art Photographers are also entitled to perform these acts within the scope of powers of attorney granted to them by the competent management board.
