Manner of representation

1. Representation of the association externally, conclusion of agreements, granting powers of attorney and making declarations of will in all property matters require the action and signature of two members of the management board jointly. 2. The submission of grant project applications and other applications for external funding of the association requires the signature of one member of the management board. 3. The submission of financial and substantive reports to the grantor within projects carried out by the association requires the signature of one member of the management board. 4. The submission of applications in matters other than property matters requires the signature of one member of the management board.
