Manner of representation

The Chamber is represented externally by the President of the Chamber or the Vice-President or members of the management board authorized by the President. A declaration of will on behalf of the Chamber in property matters is submitted jointly by the President of the Chamber and the treasurer. In the absence of the President, the declaration of will is submitted in his place by the Vice-President, and in the absence of the treasurer, by the President and the Vice-President of the Chamber. In other matters, declarations are submitted by the President of the Chamber or another authorized member of the management board.
