Manner of representation

1. The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Secretary of the Union’s management board, or other persons authorised by the Union’s management board within the scope of the power of attorney granted to them, are authorised to make declarations of will in property matters. 2. The joint action of two persons is required for making declarations of will, unless the power of attorney provides otherwise. 3. In matters exceeding the scope of management, in particular the acquisition, disposal, transfer or liquidation of fixed assets, the consent of the General Assembly is required.
