Fundacja Bliżej Człowieka is a charitable organization supporting orphaned children who cannot grow up in their natural families. Since 1993, it has operated the Janusz Korczak Children’s Village in Rajsko, a non-public care and education facility with six family homes supported by caregivers, a psychologist, and a pedagogue.

§ 15 1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by: a) the President of the Management Board – independently; b) a member of the management board jointly with the President, another member of the management board, or an attorney-in-fact appointed by the management board. 2. The management board may appoint persons authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation (attorneys-in-fact). 3. The rules set out in points 1 and 2 apply to declarations of will made in matters concerning the employment of employees, subject to the proviso that in matters concerning the employment of the President of the Management Board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made jointly by: a) two members of the management board, or b) a member of the management board together with an attorney-in-fact appointed by the management board.
