Documents other than those listed in point 2 may be signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President, or by the Vice-President, or by the Vice-President together with a second member of the management board. 4. Documents related to actions, training and exercises conducted in accordance with the principles referred to in the Act of 25 August 1991 on Fire Protection (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 178, item 1380, consolidated text, as amended), and not having the characteristics referred to in point 2, may be signed by the Chief of the volunteer fire brigade or his deputy.
