Manner of representation

1. Agreements, deeds, powers of attorney, financial documents and certificates shall be signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President of the volunteer fire brigade independently, or by the Vice-President together with the treasurer. 2. Documents other than those listed in paragraph 1 may be signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President of the volunteer fire brigade independently, or by the Vice-President together with another member of the management board. 3. Documents related to actions, training and exercises conducted under the principles referred to in the Act of 24 August 1991 on fire protection (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 178, item 1380, consolidated text as amended), and not having the characteristics referred to in paragraph 1, may be signed by the President or the Vice-President–Chief. 4. Supervision over the operation of the bank account shall be exercised by the President of the volunteer fire brigade, the Vice-President and the treasurer.
