Manner of representation

§ 17. The competences of the association’s management board include: d. representing the association externally. § 20. 1. Declarations of will (for incurring financial obligations) on behalf of the association are made by two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President of the Management Board. 2. Declarations of will on behalf of the association within the scope of ordinary management may be made by one person authorised for this purpose by the management board on the basis of a granted power of attorney.
