Manner of representation

1. For representing the association externally, including making declarations of will on its behalf that do not encumber the association’s assets, the President or the Vice-President of the management board is authorised. 2. For making declarations of will encumbering the association’s assets, concluding agreements and granting powers of attorney for these activities, the President of the Management Board independently or the Vice-President together with another member of the management board is authorised. 3. For concluding agreements on behalf of the association with a member of the management board and for representing the association in disputes between a member of the management board and the association, a representative of the audit committee designated by a resolution of that body, or an attorney-in-fact designated by the general meeting of the association’s members, is authorised.
