Manner of representation

The President represents the volunteer fire brigade externally. For the validity of declarations of will concerning the non-property rights and obligations of the association, each member of the management board is authorized, whereas the President or the Vice-President is authorized to grant powers of attorney in this respect. For the validity of declarations of will concerning the property rights and obligations of the association and for granting powers of attorney in this respect, the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President or the Vice-President, is required.
