Manner of representation

The President together with another member of the management board is authorized to represent the management board of the volunteer fire brigade. The President manages all of the management board’s work and supervises its activities. During the absence of the President, his duties are assumed by a Vice-President authorized by the President. The detailed organization and working procedures of the management board and the duties of its members are specified in regulations adopted by the management board. The President, or the Chief acting as Vice-President together with the treasurer, is authorized to incur property liabilities and sign agreements, powers of attorney and financial documents.
