Manner of representation

§ 27 of the Presidium of the General Board: It represents the association and acts as its body when performing legal acts. § 28: Declarations of will in property matters of the association require the signatures of two members of the Presidium of the General Board, subject to § 41. § 41: Declarations of will concerning the incurring of obligations, the acquisition and disposal of property, as well as financial documents relating to cash transactions, settlements and other documents, are signed under the association’s seal: 1. In the General Board – the President or the Vice-President and the treasurer, as well as members of the Presidium authorised within a specified scope. 2. In the local branch – the President or the Vice-President and the treasurer.
