Manner of representation

1. The Chairperson, two Vice-Chairpersons and the Secretary are authorised to act on behalf of the union’s management board with regard to concluding agreements, assuming obligations, signing financial documents, acquiring and disposing of assets, and providing legal representation. 2. The submission of declarations requires the joint action of two persons, unless the power of attorney provides otherwise. 3. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, in particular the acquisition, disposal, holding or liquidation of fixed assets, a resolution of the union’s conference of delegates is required. 4. The union’s management board uses a round seal bearing on its rim the inscription: Independent Self-Governing Trade Union of Cooperative and Trade Employees in Kielce, and inside the seal: Union’s Management Board.
