Manner of representation

For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents concerning the rights and the incurring of property obligations of the association, the signatures of two persons are required: the President or the Vice-President together with the treasurer or the Vice-President for financial affairs. For the validity of other letters and documents, the signature of the President or the Vice-President is required. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board, and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by a member of the internal control body indicated in a resolution of the Audit Committee.
