Manner of representation
For the validity of declarations of will made on behalf of the Association, as well as all letters concerning the Association's property rights and obligations, the signatures of two members of the management board are required, including the President or one of the Vice-Presidents, subject to §30(3). For the validity of other letters and documents, the signature of the President or one of the Vice-Presidents is required. In agreements between the Association and a member of the management board, and in disputes with them, the Association is represented by a member of the audit committee designated in a resolution of that body.
