Manner of representation

To make declarations of will, including in financial matters, on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade, joint action by two members of the management board is required, including the President or Vice-President and the treasurer. Instructions on the volunteer fire brigade’s bank account may be submitted exclusively by the President or Vice-President acting jointly with the treasurer. The management board may authorise other persons, including accountants, to prepare bank instructions on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade, provided that the execution of transfers requires the signatures of members of the management board in accordance with the above.
