Manner of representation

For the validity of a declaration of will concerning the association's property rights and obligations, the signing of financial documents and the granting of powers of attorney in the association's property matters, the individual signature of the President or the Vice-President or the joint signatures of a member and the President or the Vice-President are required. For the validity of other letters and documents, the individual signature of the President or the Vice-President or the joint signatures of a member of the management board and the President or the Vice-President or the individual signature of an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the management board are required. For submitting declarations in property or non-property matters, the management board may, by resolution, appoint an attorney-in-fact in the person of the director of the educational institution or the association's chief accountant.
