Manner of representation

The method of representation and incurring property obligations is specified in § 21 section 1 and § 23 sections 1 and 2 of the statute. § 21 1. The management board manages the association’s entire activity in accordance with resolutions of the General Meeting of Members, represents it externally and is accountable to the General Meeting of Members. § 23 1. To make declarations of will concerning the association’s property rights and obligations and to sign agreements and obligations on its behalf, the signature of the President or two members of the management board is required. 2. For the validity of other letters and documents, the signature of the President or another member of the management board is required.
