Manner of representation

For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents concerning the Club’s property rights and obligations, including the incurring of property obligations, joint action by two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President or the Vice-President, is required. In matters concerning non-property matters, the one-person action of the President of the Club or another member of the Club’s management board designated by the President is sufficient for the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents.
