Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association, including incurring liabilities, concluding agreements and granting powers of attorney, the following are authorized: 1. the President of the Management Board together with the treasurer, acting jointly; 2. in the absence of the treasurer, the President of the Management Board and another member of the management board jointly; 3. in the absence of the President of the Management Board, the Vice-President together with the treasurer, jointly.
