Manner of representation

The partners entrust the conduct of the company's affairs to all partners. Each partner is independently authorized to make declarations concerning the company's proprietary and non-proprietary rights and obligations, represent it and sign on behalf of the company, as well as conclude contracts. Each partner is independently entitled to receive declarations of will originating from third parties and to represent the company in matters not exceeding the scope of the company's ordinary activities. Obligations or expenses exceeding PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys) do not fall within the scope of the company's ordinary activities, and in this case the consent of all partners is required.
