Manner of representation

1. The following persons are authorised to make declarations of will in matters concerning property: A/ the Chairperson, members of the management board and other persons authorised by the management board; 2. Declarations of will require the joint action of two persons, unless otherwise follows from the power of attorney granted. 3.
