Manner of representation

1. Each member of the management board is authorised to represent the association independently. 2. The signatures of two members of the management board are required to grant powers of attorney to represent the association. 3. The signatures of two members of the management board are required for concluding agreements and making other declarations of will in financial matters, subject to paragraphs 4 and 5. 4. Each member of the management board may independently represent the association in financial matters in the following cases: a) in administrative, administrative court, court, enforcement, preparatory and complaint proceedings, and in proceedings concerning access to public information or environmental information; b) when submitting applications for funding in any form, including signing all documents, applications, declarations and certifications of conformity with the original required in the procedure for obtaining funding, submitting applications and settling grants, except for signing the funding agreement.
