Manner of representation

1. Each member of the management board is authorised to represent the Association independently, subject to points 2 and 3. 2. In financial matters, at least two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to represent the Association, including the treasurer of the management board or the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson, subject to points 4 and 5. 3. At least two members of the management board, including the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson or the treasurer of the management board, are authorised to grant attorneys-in-fact authority. 4. In employee matters, including hiring and dismissal and concluding and terminating civil-law contracts for remuneration with natural persons within the scope of their personal activity, the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson is authorised to represent the Association independently. 5. Application forms, together with the required declarations, for all national and international programmes financed entirely or co-financed from national and foreign funds, including EU funds, as well as offers for public tasks or applications for other types of financing or co-financing, may be signed by each member of the management board independently.
