Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board represents the volunteer fire brigade externally and directs the work of the management board. Agreements, acts, powers of attorney and financial documents on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade are signed by the President independently. In the President’s absence, agreements, acts, powers of attorney and financial documents on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade are signed by the Vice-President and the treasurer acting jointly.
