Manner of representation

The Chairperson of the union is entitled to represent the union vis-à-vis the employer, state authorities and bodies, other bodies and institutions at the central level, and in relations with foreign countries. The Chairperson of the union may authorize another member of the Management Board of the union to represent the union. The Chairperson of the union, the secretary and the treasurer are authorized to make declarations of will concerning the union’s property rights and obligations. For a declaration by which the union incurs an obligation towards third parties to be valid, in addition to the Chairperson’s signature, the signature of the secretary or treasurer is also required.
