Manner of representation

The President represents the volunteer fire brigade externally and directs the work of the management board. Two members of the management board, including the President or the Vice-President-Chief, are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade in all matters, including the volunteer fire brigade’s property rights and obligations, to conclude contracts and to grant powers of attorney.
