Manner of representation

Declarations of proprietary content, as well as other declarations, on behalf of the team may be made or signed by a member of its management board acting independently or by an attorney-in-fact acting within the scope of the authority granted to them, where such declarations result in obligations arising in an amount not exceeding PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand złoty). Where the declarations referred to above result in obligations arising in a higher amount, joint action by two persons from among the aforementioned group is required.
